I am a Licensed Builder, General Contractor, and Handyman with over 30 years of practical experience in the maintenance, and mechanical trades.(Michigan State License # 2102164552)

I am certified by Pro-Lab for mold inspection.

I am a certified well sampler through the Certified Master Inspectors Advisor Board.

I have extensive training through the Michigan Department of Community Health lead remediation programs as a lead base paint supervisor

I perform inspections for HUD compliance, FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development, RD, and Conventional loan programs. I offer discounts for 1st time home buyeres. I use a 12 page property inspection report that covers 75 separate items. Additional comments, and recommendation are also noted on my reports. I perform water, well, septic,and radon inspections.
