I perform home inspections in the following areas;

Genesee, Huron,Lapeer,Oakland,Sanilac,St.Clair,and Tuscola Counties.

I will do Home Inspections, and environmental testing in additional counties, but at an additional price due to fuel increases.

I use only AIHA, and MDEQ labs which employ people with microbiology degrees to ensure top quality results. I follow strict standard operational procedures when performing tests.

I am state licensed as a licensed builder, and certified as a home inspector by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and meet and exceed the standards of both the ASHI and NACHI.

I can provide water testing for all types of loans.

Water and well inspections covers 4 major areas to include construction, capacity, location, and quality. I also check state codes for mimimum well isolation distance.

Septic inspections cover 6 major areas to include a visual inspection, load test, and dye test. The tank location, drain field location, and drain field condition are inspected and probed. I will try to provide any and all documentation I can find on these systems from the county health departments.

I am certified as a mold inspector by PRO-LAB and only use proper techniques and equipment.

Radon and other enviromental tests can also be performed if requested.
