Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector.

I am a State Licensed Builder, a Certified Home Inspector, and have 30 years of practical experience in the construction, mechanical, and maintenance trades. I will perform an honest and complete home inspection so that you can rest easy knowing that your home is safe for you and your family.So whether you are selling your home and want to assure the potential buyer of its safety,or you are buying a home and would like the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your new home will be safe, put your trust in me.
